Project Enquiry · BIM Delivery

Request a Quote for Your Next BIM Project.

Share the project scope, available inputs, required BIM services and expected delivery dates. IBS Projects will review the information first so the quotation is based on a clearer understanding of the work rather than a generic estimate.

Services We Can Scope

A Quotation Built Around the Actual BIM Deliverables.

A useful quotation needs more than a project name. It should reflect disciplines, model maturity, information quality, coordination effort, output formats and programme requirements.

01

BIM & CAD Modelling

Revit modelling, drawing production, model development and coordinated documentation for architectural and building-services workflows.

02

MEP Coordination

Multidiscipline model coordination, clash-led review and practical spatial coordination for complex services environments.

03

Scan-to-BIM

Existing-condition modelling from point clouds, survey information and record documentation for refurbishment and facility projects.

04

Documentation & Content

Construction documentation, Revit content and project-specific BIM outputs aligned with agreed standards and deliverables.

Start With the Essentials

Give Us a Clear Starting Point.

You do not need to have every project detail finalised. Share what is currently available and identify anything that is still provisional. That gives the team a practical basis for reviewing the scope, deliverables and effort involved.

  • Project type and location
  • Required BIM or CAD services
  • Current project stage and timeline
  • Available drawings, survey data or BIM requirements

For a More Accurate Quotation

Useful Information to Include.

01

Project extentApproximate floor area, number of levels, zones or model boundaries.

02

DisciplinesArchitecture, structure, mechanical, electrical, plumbing or combined coordination scope.

03

BIM requirementsLOD / LOI expectations, BEP requirements, naming standards, coordinates and model conventions.

04

DeliverablesRequired Revit, IFC, NWC/NWD, DWG, PDF, schedules or other agreed project outputs.

05

ProgrammeKey milestones, issue dates, coordination cycles and any fixed construction or submission deadlines.

After Scope Review

What the Quotation Process Clarifies.

  • Defined scope and assumptions
  • Required inputs and information gaps
  • Proposed delivery basis and milestones
  • Commercial quotation aligned to the confirmed scope
Large or sensitive project files?

Use the form for the initial brief. After review, the team can coordinate a suitable transfer method for drawings, point clouds, BIM models and supporting project information, and discuss confidentiality requirements where relevant.

Request a Quote

Tell us what your project needs.

Share the available scope and delivery requirements. IBS Projects will review the information before confirming the next step and quotation basis.

Have drawings, point clouds, a BIM Execution Plan or reference models? Submit the request first and the team can confirm the most suitable transfer method for project files.

What Happens Next

From Initial Brief to a Workable Quotation Basis.

The aim is to remove avoidable assumptions before pricing and delivery planning. Where the information is incomplete, the scope review identifies what needs to be clarified first.

01Scope Review

We review the project information, requested disciplines, available inputs, model requirements and delivery expectations.

02Clarification

Where needed, we confirm missing information, assumptions, LOD / LOI, programme, file standards or coordination requirements.

03Quotation Basis

Once the scope is sufficiently clear, the project can move forward with a more dependable commercial and delivery basis.

Before You Submit

Common Questions About Requesting a Quote.

If your situation is different, include it in the project requirements field or contact the team directly.

Ask on WhatsApp
01

Do I need a complete BIM Execution Plan before requesting a quote?

No. Send the information that is currently available. If a BEP, EIR or model standard exists, mention it in the request so it can be considered during scope review.

02

Can I send drawings, point clouds or existing models?

Yes. Use the form for the initial project brief. The team can then confirm a suitable transfer method for larger drawings, point-cloud data, reference models and supporting documents.

03

What if the project scope is still being developed?

That is acceptable. Identify what is known, what remains provisional and the decision date for the outstanding information. This helps separate confirmed scope from assumptions.

04

Can the quotation cover phased or ongoing BIM support?

Yes. Select the ongoing or phased timeline option and describe the expected stages, coordination cycles or recurring deliverables in the project requirements field.
